Antique
Zack and I went downtown to the market yesterday. It was a nice day to explore. We stopped in at an antique shop and spent a fair amount of time shuffling through some old photographs. There were so many gems, though we narrowed it down to just a few. I’m putting up some of my favorites for today. I especially love all the accidental light exposure. Zack got to the photo bin before me and snagged some really great photos, too. I’ll try to get my hands on those as soon as he’s not looking.

Ahhh…old photos are my weakness. I love the first one — the boats look all dreamy. And the bathing suit is ridiculously hot.

I really like these photos. They look like ones my dad took many years ago. The figures remind me of my mom. Happy to learn you’re happy. Have you been to BC yet? Or the San Juan’s? Love. Great Unc-in-law Gale.

I’ve been to B.C, briefly to Vancouver. I’m still looking forward to San Juan. I hear it’s excellent.

jamie…. i am pretty sure that is my grandmother in the first picture - one day i will show you a picture of her in her moth eaten wool swimsuit, stretched from water and years of wear and you will see what i mean…
so glad we talked about blogging yesterday - i am putting you on my list of ‘gals in the area’ and will check in daily…. you know, to keep you posting - and honest ….
