Don’t quit your day job
If I could, I would:
Read books all day long, spend some time in a book store finding more books to read, read blogs, read about music, listen to music, find new music to love, share the music, talk about it with people who love it, read poetry, write poetry, make books, make messes, make endless collage, fill up the walls with notes and paint and random found objects, go for walks, get lost in a city, travel the world, talk to strangers, learn more science, research people, places and history, print in a darkroom, throw on a wheel, sing out loud, play the guitar and the piano, play before an audience, more music and more reading and more art…
Anyone willing to pay me to do all those things?? I’ll write an excellent book about my adventures. You can sell it at your book store. I’ll even sign some.. after I’m done shopping.
Ditto. No wonder we get along so well.

I know I just said this but, I love your blog! I just spent my morning in a coffee shop writing a similar list about the things I would do if I didn’t have to work. People who say they would get bored are beyond my comprehension.
