Day 2 entailed much mess and spilling and stickiness and color!  Not to mention, new friends and good conversations.  I thought that since collage is what I usually do anyway, this day would just be like an open studio for me.  It was actually much more than that.  Lisa is a seasoned collage artist and had all sorts of tips and tricks that I had either never heard of or been brave enough to try.  The piece I made that day has a similar look to many of my other pieces, but it was created with different materials.  I know that my work will be stronger from now on because of what I learned that day.  Pretty cool.
